Interview usage period
Purchased interviews are available for use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any remaining interview balance after this period is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We recommend incorporating this usage period into your project timelines, internal approvals, and fieldwork planning to ensure full utilization.
